As a participating PSE&G contractor, we have access to money-saving rebates and an on-bill repayment program that will help you spread the cost of upgrading over 7 years completely interest free.
How On-Bill Repayment Works
The program is similar to purchasing a cell phone through a service provider: Each month pay a portion of the phone’s cost on your monthly bill until the phone is paid in full. The PSE&G program works the same way, and it’s completely interest-free.

On-Bill Repayment
Here are the eligibility requirements for the interest-free, on-bill repayment program.
- If you receive both electric and gas service from PSE&G, if you are a PSE&G electric-only customer whose residence is all electric, or if you are a PSE&G electric-only customer who uses delivered fuel (e.g., oil or propane) to heat your home, you may qualify for an on-bill repayment term of 84 months (7 years) for up to $25,000 of your total project cost.
- If you receive either electric or gas service from a municipality or other utility service provider, you may qualify for an on-bill repayment term of 84 months (7 years) for up to $25,000 of your total project cost.
